Getting started

Creating an account. Click "Sign in" and register with your mobile number or email. We send a one-time code (OTP) to confirm it — this keeps fake accounts off the site. Dealers should choose "Dealer account" so they can add showroom details and staff.

Posting your first ad. Choose "Sell Your Car", pick the make, model, variant and year, add the mileage, price, city and a description, then upload clear photos (front, rear, both sides, interior, engine bay, odometer and registration book cover). Submit — most ads are reviewed and live within a few hours.

Managing your ads

• Edit price, photos or description from My Ads at any time. Major changes may go back through a quick review.
• Mark as sold as soon as the deal closes so buyers stop calling — sold ads stay visible for reference but show a "Sold" ribbon.
• Relist an expired ad with one click; your photos and details are kept.
• Boost an ad with Featured (highlighted card), Top (first in search) or Urgent (red tag) to sell faster. See Pricing.
• Leads — the Leads page shows who clicked your phone number or WhatsApp and any messages received.

Buying

• Use filters for make, model, city, price, year, transmission and fuel type, or search by keyword.
• Save cars with the heart icon and create a saved search to receive email or WhatsApp alerts when matching cars are posted.
• Contact the seller with "Call seller", "WhatsApp" or "Message". Read our Safety Tips before you meet.
• Cars marked Inspected come with a Car.net.pk inspection score; Managed by Car.net.pk cars are handled by our own team.

Dealers

Dealer accounts get a public showroom page, a verified badge after document review, staff logins with permissions, bulk upload of inventory from an Excel sheet with a ZIP of photos, lead tracking and monthly analytics. Dealer packages are listed on the Pricing page; verification usually takes one working day.

Payments

We accept bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa for packages and boosts. After paying, upload a screenshot of the receipt on the order page — our team approves it within 24 hours (usually much faster) and an invoice is emailed to you. Card payments will be added as gateways become available.

Account & security

• Change your password, phone, email and notification preferences from Profile.
• You can log in with a password or with an OTP code sent to your email or WhatsApp.
• We will never ask for your OTP or password. If you receive such a call, ignore it and report it.
• To delete your account, contact us from your registered email or phone.
