Store FAQs
Every product lists the makes, models and years it fits, or is marked universal. Select your car on the store page (or save it in My Garage) and the store shows "Fits your car" on each product. If a fitment is not listed, ask us on WhatsApp with your registration or chassis number before ordering.
Delivery is charged by city and shown at checkout. If your city has no fixed rate yet, the order shows "confirmed after order" and our team confirms the actual courier charge with you before dispatch — nothing is added without your OK.
Yes, in most cities. Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and card payments are also available from your account (the order is confirmed once the payment is seen).
Products marked "installation available" have an "Install it for me" option. The fitting is booked as a service request handled by Car.net.pk or a verified provider in your city, who calls you to schedule.
Unused parts in original packing can be returned within the return window shown on the product page (default 7 days from delivery). Warranty claims can be filed any time within the brand warranty from your order page.
