Each operator quotes a base fee plus a per-kilometre rate for the distance they estimate (the basis is shown), and any surcharges — night, tolls, out-of-area, heavy vehicle. You see every line before accepting; nothing is charged until you accept.

Flatbed for AWD, EV, luxury, lowered or non-running cars with locked wheels; wheel-lift is fine for most running front-wheel-drive cars over short distances. Say "not running" or "accident" in the form so only capable trucks are matched.

The operator confirms an ETA when they quote or accept — we never guess. Requests marked "as soon as possible" are sent to every matching operator in your city at once.

Your pickup and drop-off addresses and phone number are shared only with the operator whose quote you accept (and the Car.net.pk team). Other operators see the city and vehicle type only.
